February special: from $88 per squre meters fully installed. YES, $88 per sqm! Price includes tongue and groove timber, all supplies, sanding & polishing (3 coats natual gloss finish, polyurethane), exlcuding removing carpet and sub-floor preparation (normally at minimal cost), Melbourne metropolitian areas only. A reasonable travelling sur-charge will apply for country Victoria customers. This promotion is limited to jobs in February to May only.

This price is for installating 85mm x 19mm Feature grade Tassie oak on yellowtone, chipboard or timber sub-floor. Please add $25 per square meter for installing a 12mm plywood on concrete slab.

Workmanship you can trust

All of our installers have been properly trained to strictly adhere to the Australian Building Code (Building Code of Australian Class 1 to 10 Buildings) and relevant standards. With our optional 7 years workmanship warranty, you can rest assured that your new floor will be trouble free for years to come.

We can install hardwood flooring over battens, chipboard, particle board, yellow tone, wood flooring, or concret sub-floor. For concrete sub-floor, we normally install a layer of 12mm thick plywood before glueing and nailing the final hardwood flooring.

Unlike some installers who use cheap glue and nails in order to save a few dollor, we use only Bostik Ultra Timber Set glue and 38~42mm secret nails. We use proper quads and trims to cater for different settings.

Once you sign a contract with us, we will ensure your new flooring will be delivered and installed on time and on budget. A typical job takes about 4 days to complete.
